Over two days, Industry Connect will bring together professionals from across Australia's meat processing industry to explore the workforce, training and compliance issues shaping operations today while preparing organisations for tomorrow.

Rather than focusing on theory alone, the program has been designed around practical industry conversations, bringing together the people responsible for leading workforce capability across processing businesses nationwide.

Two streams. One shared objective.

This year's program recognises that workforce capability is built through multiple perspectives.

The HR Leaders Forum will focus on the people challenges facing modern processing businesses, including workforce planning, leadership capability, recruitment, retention, legislation, employee wellbeing and creating sustainable workforce strategies.

The RTO and Trainers Network will examine the evolving training landscape, exploring quality, compliance, psychological teaching methodologies, artificial intelligence, implementation challenges and the practical delivery of skills within operational environments.

Together, these streams create opportunities for collaboration between the people developing capability and those implementing it every day across Australian workplaces.
