PALM Scheme Work-ready skills and sector-based training

Project Description:
To equip Timorese workers with job-ready skills and facilitate greater participation in the PALM scheme To deliver sector-based training in Timor-Leste to workers in the work-ready pool (WRP) to better prepare them for working in Australia under the PALM scheme.

Project Deliverables:

Meat works preparatory training Deliver 20 training courses, to a total of 400 participants. Each separate training course will:

• Have a scheduled duration of 4 days • Train up to 20 participants • Provide participants with all resources and materials to successfully participate and complete the training • Provide successful participants with certification upon completion
