Overseas Skilled Worker Assessors
Registered Overseas Skilled Meat Worker Assessors are assessors who meet the qualifications and criteria to be registered by MINTRAC for the skills assessment of overseas Skilled meat Workers per the terms and conditions prescribed in Commonwealth Government Labour Agreements for the Entry of Overseas Skilled Meat Workers into Australia.

As an accredited Overseas Skilled Worker Assessor (OSWA), MINTRAC recognises the important work you do in assessing overseas workers skills before taking up employment in the Australian meat industry. Maintaining your accreditation at all times is a requirement that enables you to perform skilled worker assessments.
OSWA application and renewal fees will increase from the 1st of January 2025 as follows:
MINTRAC Members - $300 + GST
This rate applies to an assessor with a letter of endorsement from a MILA employer who is a MINTRAC Member.
Non MINTRAC Members - $750 + GST
This rate applies to an assessor with a letter of endorsement from a MILA employer who is not a MINTRAC Member.
New applications for OSWA accreditation from the 1st of January 2025 will be processed at the above rates.
