Bigger. Bolder. More Connected Than Ever.
Following strong engagement and highly positive feedback across MINTRAC’s 2026 Industry Connect events to date, the program now heads to Victoria for Melbourne Industry Connect 2026 - bringing together operational leaders, workforce professionals, trainers and industry stakeholders for two days of practical industry discussion and engagement.
As workforce capability, operational performance and regulatory expectations continue to evolve across the red meat sector, Melbourne Industry Connect 2026 will focus on the practical workforce, training and compliance conversations shaping industry nationally.
Designed to encourage practical discussion, operational insight and peer engagement, the Victorian program will provide delegates with direct access to regulators, industry leaders, operational specialists and workforce professionals contributing to the conversations influencing workforce capability and operational outcomes across the sector.
This year’s Melbourne program has been developed across two dedicated streams, creating space for targeted discussion around workforce leadership, operational capability, training quality and industry implementation challenges.
DAY 1 - HR LEADERS FORUM
Focused on workforce capability, participation and operational leadership, the HR Leaders Forum will examine the realities influencing workforce management and organisational performance across industry environments.
