What is the difference between checking and validating an RFP?
Checking is the act of ensuring that all the data contained in an RFP is true and correct and meets legislative (including importing country) requirements. This information is initially entered when the RFP is first raised.
Validating occurs after checking has been completed. It is the step that directs the EXDOC to generate the required Export Permit and Health Certificate (meat export certificate).
