The training program has been designed to provide best practice guidance for biosecurity management and planning across the following cohorts:
Egg producers/farmers
Mid-tier poultry farmers
Meat chicken slaughterers
Broiler operations
Small holders
Caravan/hobby farmers
The summarised 2 hour online training exercise will cover the following:
* Introduction to Biosecurity
* Pathways for Entry and Managing Risk
* Key Phases of Biosecurity Management
* Biosecurity Management Planning
* Research data
Participants will have an opportunity to either start the process of documenting a Biosecurity Management Plan, or using this online session to review and update their existing plans.
