The eDEC system for Producers, Feedlots, Saleyards and Processors

• The eDEC system is an electronic means to create, print and automatically email NVDs.
• As a producer, you can use the eDEC system to electronically create, print and automatically send via email an NVD. To be a declaration, and for those states where required as a waybill, a printed copy must be signed and sent with the livestock.
• As a producer, feedlot, saleyard or processor that receives sheep and cattle, you can receive the eDEC message as a electronic message and as a PDF.
