Country of Origin food labelling requirements – what Trainers need to know
|
From 1 July 2018, food to be sold in Australia must be labelled according to the requirements of the Country of Origin Food Labelling Standard 2016. These laws apply to food that is supplied for retail sale in Australia.

Retail butchery winners at WorldSkills

MINTRAC would like to congratulate the medal winners in the Retail Butchery section at the WorldSkills National Championships, held in Sydney in June.

RFP training
|
MINTRAC now has RPF Training available online. The training consists of learning materials divided into a number of sections, each section has a short quiz at the end. There is also a summary quiz at the end of the training.

We are currently in the process of undertaking the six-monthly update of Training and Assessment materials. This is where we address any comments or recommendations from users and issue an updated release of materials for individual units.

The Unit-by-Unit listing is a resources list containing resources that are available for each Unit of Competency in the AMP Australian Meat Industry Training Package.
