Digital Disruption and the Meat Processing Industry
MINTRAC and TAFE Queensland are developing a program to introduce the concept of digital disruption to the red meat processing industry. The program will consist of six webinars and three workshops.
The Health for Wealth project is one of the seventeen projects announced on July 1, 2016 that received funding from the Commonwealth Government under Round 2 of the Rural Research and Development for Profit Program.
Update on the Meat Industry Training Package projects
Most of our readers will be aware of the eight projects we have been working on over the past few months and they have been discussed at length during the network meetings.
MINTRAC, in partnership with Federation University and South West TAFE are running a meat inspection training program with sixteen university students in Victoria. This is a similar project to the highly successful program delivered to Charles Sturt University Students last year.
